He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Farley and Estie Marie Farley (Stacy); his wife Lois Farley (Phipps); his sisters, Sharon Kaye Duty (Farley) and Aretta Sue Sullivan (Farley); and his great grandchild Jace Mazur.
He is survived by: his children, Dorinda Schmerge (Mike), Harold Farley (Deb) and Vanessa Lee (Dan); and his siblings, Karean "Bernie" Rude (Roger) of Wapakoneta, OH, Merle I. Anderson (George), Janice D. Ramga (Charles), Arnold D. Farley (Beverly), Donnie F. Farley (Janice), Terry I. Farley (Marianne) and Lonnie Douglas Farley. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren.
