She is survived by: her significant other Joe Hopkins, Jr.; and her grandchildren, Mandie Willoughby (Harold), Annetta Moore (Joe), Joseph Hopkins (Nikki) and Roxanna Ary. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be given to Shawnee United Methodist Church or Shriners Hospital.
