She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Spicer and Mayme Spicer (Casperson); her former husband Joe Hoelle; and her husband Charles Casey, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Charles Casey (Cheryl), Twila Maxwell (David), Debra Burden (Dan), Vicki Kuhn (Bob), Jeff Casey (Rosemary) and Matthew Casey (Liberty). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, 8 great great grandchildren.
