He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Judson and Betty Marie Shively (Williamson); his brother Michael J. Shively; his siblings-in-law, Karin Shively, Margaret Klingler and Richard M. Klingler; and his nephews, David Shively and Richard L. Klingler.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Caitlin Hoos (Staten) and Brady Jonathan Shively (Carlee Dalton); his siblings-in-law, Daniel Lee Klingler and Ruby M. Klingler; his nieces and nephews, Sandi Witt, Michaela Collingwood, Glenn Klingler, Suzanne Daley, Michele King and Chris Miller; Gina C. Lutz (Jared).
