She is survived by: her boyfriend Howard McCormick; her daughters, Naomi Janes of Malta and Wendy Adams of Zanesville; her sister Linda Thompson of Quaker City; and her former husband Marshal Whaley of McConnelsville. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
