He is survived by: his wife Susan Reed (Kimble); his children, John Reed Jr., Lyndell McFann (Mark), Floyd Reed and Michael Reed (Christy); his grandchildren, Amber Reed, Jessica Reed, Zac Reed, Samantha Morris, Conner Reed and Jacoby Reed; his great grandchildren, Honesty Henderson and Marvin Michael Morris; his siblings, Raymond Reed, Gloria Allen, Kay Watts and Ruby Reed; his sister-in-law Wilma Reed; and his pet Sophie.
