He is survived by: his wife Jerris Patton (Gorby); his children, Jennifer Woodward (Patton) and Kyle Patton (Audra); his sister Marcia Aichele (Rick); his grandchildren, Brittany Swingle, Mitchell Swingle (Cierra), Easton Woodward, Gunner Patton, Makenna Patton and Gabe Patton; his great grandchildren, Addison Calihan, Jayce Swingle and Julian Cole Swingle; and his mother-in-law Linda Gorby.
