He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Stanley Collins, Sr. and Betty Seymour Collins; his brothers, Danny, Bob and Ron Collins; his niece Betty Sue Collins; and his brothers-in-law, Butch and Larry Tomlin.
He is survived by: his wife Donna "Sunny" Tomlin Collins; his children, Phil Collins (Tanya), Michael Lewis, Mark Lewis (Nancy) and Missy Heavener (Tom); his sister Sue Walters; and his sisters-in-law, Debi Collins and Debbie Tomlin. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
