Stephanie Chapman Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Stephanie Chapman of Crooksville, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 28, 2025 at the age of 43. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parent David Nutter; her grandfathers, Joseph Hammond (Julia) and Rolland Nutter (Alberta); her granddaughter Alice Patrick; and her father-in-law John Chapman.

She is survived by: her husband Adam Chapman; her daughter Ozzelyn Bates (Kyle); her stepsons, Jeffery Patrick (Alyssa), David and Daniel Chapman; her grandchildren, Rebel, Salem Marini, Jackson and Amelia Patrick; her brother Joshua Nutter; her aunt Mother Margie Hammond; her in-laws, David Chapman, Deb, Craig Papageorge, Jen Booher (Ron) and Jason Chapman (Heather); and her mother-in-law Anita Chapman.
