He is survived by: his mother Esther Higgins (Nelson); his children, Terry Higgins Jr. and Christy Higgins (Jereth Bechstein); his sister Tammy Anders (Carl); his nieces and nephews, Keshia Anders and Kordell Anders (Javison); his great-niece Hazel Anders; and his great-nephews, Brantley Bickford and Kyvin Anders.
After the challenges brought on by COVID, he retired from the lumber yard in 2020, closing a meaningful chapter of his life with the same quiet dignity with which he lived it.
