He is survived by: his wife Betty Kimberling McCormick; his children, David McCormick, Jr. of Gallipolis, Rebecca Smart of Albany, Kylie McCormick (Michael Smith) of Gallipolis and Jamie Mitchell (Amber) of New Haven; his grandchildren, Tiffany McCormick, Kara McCormick, Ashley Fryar, Grant Smart, Nathan Smart, AJ Smart, Layton Smith, Louis Smith, Alex Mitchell and Ethan Mitchell; his great grandchildren, Cohen, Baylor, Mason and Carson; and his siblings, Steve McCormick (Marty) of Gallipolis, Charlie McCormick of Gallipolis, Mike McCormick (Connie) of New Haven, WV, Sharon Reece of Florida, Roberta Saunders of Florida, Carol McCormick of Florida, Bonnie Johnson of Florida and Paula Tankel of Georgia.
