She is survived by: her husband Jackson Lee Kelley of Crown City, OH; her son Jason Kelley (Ellen) of Bokeelia, FL; her grandsons, Seth Jarrell (Megan) and Lucas Jarrell of Crown City, OH; her great grandchild Elsie Lynn Jarrell; her niece Jacqueline Jones (Mike) of Burlington, OH; and her nephew Samuel Shad Bays.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Crockett Cemetery (1692 Newcomb Creek Rd, Wayne, WV 25570).
