He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold L. Fulks and Anna Mae Johnson Fulks; his wife Margaret Alice Fulks; and his siblings, Eddie Fulks and Georgia Nogle.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael Fulks (Tanya) and Mark Fulks; his grandchildren, Chris Fulks (Johnni), Jonathan Fulks (Erin) and Karli Fulks; his great grandchildren, Caiden Fulks, Kennidy Fulks, Cameron Fulks, Bradley, Bentley Cade and Nova Hardy; his sister Sharon Jeffers; his siblings-in-law, Virginia Sheets, Doris Shafer and Richard Nogle; and his pet Blackie.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 12th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Et Hall Funeral Home and Crematory (625 OH-775, Proctorville, OH 45669). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Good Hope Church, Crown City, Ohio in honor of John.
