He is survived by: his wife Della May Waugh of Crown City; his children, Robert Waugh (Lori) of Jackson, Rich Waugh (Mark) of Port Richey and Rebecca Ellis (John) of Crown City; his grandchildren, Robbie Waugh, Robyn Venoy (Josh), Rachel Ellis, Levi Ellis (Alyssa), Eli Ellis (Breanna), Kara Duty (Andy), Brandon Coburn, Trent Colburn and Tristian Coburn; his great grandchildren, Riley Waugh, Perry Venoy, Lincoln Ellis, Hazel Ellis, Magnolia Ellis, Holland Ellis, Oliver Ellis, Caylee Coen, Harper Coen, Easton Coen, Mayzlee Duty, Avalee Duty, Berklee Duty, Carson Vipperman, Waylon Vipperman, Scottlyn Ellis and Austin Coburn; his sisters, Bea Johnson and Fern Mooney; and his siblings-in-law, Judy Waugh and Jimmy Dale McGuire. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
