He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles "Pete" Martin and Laura "Pat" Martin (Lee). He is survived by: his wife Mary Martin (Boyd); his sons, John Paul (Brittany), Jeff (Erica) and Joe (Samantha); his grandchildren, Jaxon, Mikenzie, Mikayla, Gracelyn, Mikendra, Lydia, Knox and Adalynn; and his siblings, Terry Martin (Christina), Randy Martin (Teresa), Todd Martin, Margret Adkins of Crown City, Sue Goelling of Crown City, Carolyn (DeeDee) of Crown City and Rosa Martin (Sean Sewart) of Crown City. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends and family.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home (810 2nd Ave, Gallipolis, OH 45631). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the funeral home to help with Paul's funeral expenses.
