With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley K. Rhinehart of Cumberland, Ohio, born in Hartville, Ohio, who passed away on July 24, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond M. Stevens and Dorothy Stevens (Wisenbarger); her daughter Marsha Cardwell; her great grandchild Olivia Perkins; and her sister Lovetta Bailey.
She is survived by: her children, Darla Perkins (Rick Snyder) and Rex Rhinehart (Kerri); her son-in-law Clifton Cardwell Jr.; her grandchildren, Ryan Perkins, Evan Perkins (Amber), Clifton Cardwell III (Angel), Erica Kirkman (Christian), Nora Cardwell, Shelby Rhinehart, Sidney Rhinehart and Donnie Cardwell; and her siblings, Donna Pupos (John) and Gary Stevens (Lydia). She is also survived by her 16 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Farus Funeral Home of New Concord (63 W Main St, New Concord, OH 43762). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
