He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Wilkes and Iva Wilkes. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Jennifer Huber (Greg), Fred Wilkes (Sam), Tina Shadix (Mike) and Jamie Wilkes; his siblings, Bob Wilkes, Gloria Strabourg (Joe) and Gladys Upchurch; and his buddies, Arson, Joe and Steve. He is also survived by seven Grandchildren and seven Great-Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial tributes may be made ot Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Charles Wilkes's name.
