He is survived by: his wife Kendall; his siblings, Jacquelyn Spangenberg (Rich) and Gary Haas; his nieces and nephews, Jacob Spangenberg (Margaret McGaha), Erin Spangenberg, Grace Haas and Tyler Haas; his mother-in-law Mishelle Cass; and his siblings-in-law, Erika Johnson (Rick) and Brian (Bush). He is also survived by many family members and dear friends.
