He is survived by : his mother Virginia Simpson Wade; his wife Debra Vaughn; his son Jared Vaughn (Samantha) of Lancaster, OH; his grandchildren, River, Canyon and Aspen Vaughn; and his siblings, Michael Vaughn (Christy) of Griffin, GA, Greg Vaughn of Griffin, GA, Virginia "Lucy" Vaughn and Rhonda Vaughn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
