We announce the death of Daniel J. Tomasko of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 20, 2026, at the age of 85. Daniel will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sophie Later and Andrew Tomasko I. Later; and his siblings, Andrew "Andy" Tomasko II, John "Jack" Tomasko, Regis Tomasko, Bernadine "Bernie" Verdile and Marian Speicher.
He is survived by: his wife June H. Tomasko; his daughter Lori Lynn Tomasko (Tony); his brother Earnest Tomasko; and his grandchildren, Jamie Mansell-Morris (Jeremy), Kayla Mansell-Fields (Joey) and Terry Mansell (Kelsie). He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
