Eric R. Schaffer Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on May 4, 2026, at the age of 31, Eric R. Schaffer of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, born in Akron, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let his loved ones carry forward the torch of his memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of his love and the brilliance of his spirit. Though Eric may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Anton Schaffer, Richard and Bonnie Edgar. He is survived by: his parents, Lee Schaffer and Rainer Schaffer; his siblings, Christine and Michael Schaffer (Paola Andrea Regifo); his nephew Rainer; and his grandmother Maria Schaffer.
