He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest J Waller and Waneta Waller; his wife Marilyn; his brother Charles; and his daughter Cathy.

He is survived by: his children, Jackie (Mark) and Paul (Jenny); his grandchildren, Dalton, Zoe, Parker, Tanner and Asher; and his sister Dolores Kinn. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and friends.

Family requests that in lieu of flowers and remembrances, donations be made to the First United Methodist Church of Cuyahoga Falls Music and Worship Endowment.

“I knew Forrest and Marilyn for several years as i was involved in his care. We had so many fun visits and i always felt he was the sweetest grouchiest person i knew. I used to say he and Marilyn made a perfect couple as what he struggled with, marilyn made up for, and vice versa. I am glad he is no longer in pain, and I think about him often.
