She is survived by: her daughter Vicki Luker; her grandchildren, Matthew Luker (Kim), Marc Luker and Melissa Luker; and her great grandchildren, Elliot Riederer, Joshua Riederer, Ella Luker, Rebekah Luker, Maya Luker and Sebastian Riederer. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Fran was a person who loved politics, and encouraged everyone to vote "Democrat" and to donate to your local animal shelter.
