She was predeceased by: her husband Arnold Starcher; her children, Robert Starcher and JoAnn Starcher; and her siblings, James Jones, Christina Scroggins, Irene Earle, Ruth Yost, Bea Yetzy and Sue Ihasz.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard Starcher and David Starcher; her grandchildren, Britni Starcher, Richard Starcher Jr., AJ Starcher, Melanie Starcher and Caitlyn Starcher; her siblings, Amelia Finzel, Jean Lavin, Alice Umphrey and Charles Jones; her granddaughter Ammie (Caleb); and her sister-in-law Marg. She is also survived by many great grandchildren and other family and friends.
