He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Neff and Esther Neff; and his brothers, Earl, Ervin and Richard Neff.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Neff; his children, Donald Neff, Carol Duckworth (Richard) and Julie Wade (Clay); and his granddaughter Kellie Smith.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home (1930 Front St, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
