He was predeceased by: his brother John; his parents, James and Deloris; and his daughter Lori. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Lee Masters (Thomas); his sisters, Kathy (Don), Amy (Bob), Marie (Mark) and Melissa (Skip); and his siblings-in-law, Kathie, Denny (Myra) and Terri (Scott). He is also survived by his seventeen nieces and nephews.
