He was predeceased by: his wife Frances Frame; and his son William Frame. He is survived by: his granddaughter Elaina Frame; his sister Lucy Bailey (Paul); his sisters-in-law, Janet Doria, Marianne Woodward (Chuck) and Theresa Heilmeier (Greg); his daughter-in-law Kristen Enering; and his stepgrandson Nevin Enering. He is also survived by many loving cousins, family members, and friends.
