He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thune and Betsy Thune; and his brother Eric Thune. He is survived by: his wife Maureen Thune; his sister Alison Cunard (Bruce); his children, Crystal Kelch (Mike), Larson, Samantha Duvall (Dylan), Ryan and Erica; and his grandchildren, Skylar and Zoey Kelch.
