Patsy J. Lukens Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy J. Lukens (Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio), born in Stow, Ohio, who passed away on March 4, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father James Hites; her husband Frank; her sons, Stephen and Brian; and her grandson Curt.

She is survived by: her children, Gary (Debbie) and April Fordyce (Gary); her grandchildren, Frank, Heather, Bryce, Logan and Mason; her great grandchildren, Jonte, Dalen, Curt, Syrus and Nero; her great great grandchild Avery; and her sister Betty Walker (Harold). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
