She was predeceased by: her husband Edward McFadden. She is survived by: her children, Joy Varley (Greg), Lisa Wood and Donald (Deseri); her grandchildren, Christopher (Annie), Brandon (Brandy), Andrea (Jake), Samuel, Rachel, Abigail, Denver (Rose), Andrew (Karen), Nathaniel and Elizabeth (James); and her great grandchildren, Silas, Cora, Daniel, McKenna and Beau. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, charitable donations in Rita's name may be made to your local chapter of Habitat for Humanity, one of Rita's favorite charities.
