He is survived by: his wife Donna Wade-Garthoff; his brothers, Raymond (Vera) and Doug Garthoff (Paulette); his sons, Russell and Loren Garthoff; his stepsons, Jeff, Clay (Julie), Charley (Kathi) and John Wade (Michelle); his grandchildren, Adrianne, Brian, Brandon Garthoff, Sarah White (Toby), Daniel Wade (Amanda), Brittany Gibson (Ryan), Elizabeth Terry (Joe), Ben Wade and Amanda Wade; and his great grandchildren, Nolan Gibson, Oaklyn and Finley White. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
