She is survived by: her sons, Patrick and Matthew (Stephanie); her husband Robert Langenderfer; her daughter Lindsey Sample (Matt); her grandchildren, Mary, Aaron, David, James, Andrew, Bella, Kayden, Caitlyn, Anthony, Christopher, Christian, Lana, Khloe, Lily and Collyn; her siblings, Crystal Truhan, DeAnna Marlow, Jerry Claytor and James Shoemaker; and her niece Donnell Collins (MIke). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
