He is survived by: his children, Jeni Lewis (Matthew), Samantha Bice and William Hollenbach; his granddaughter Caela; his great grandchild Tanner; and his siblings, Anita Meehan (Bob), Ginger Chester (Ted), Beth Louis (Mike), Jill Henry (John) and Karl Wellendorf. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
