We announce the death of Lewis Saunier of Dalton, Ohio, who passed away on July 16, 2026, at the age of 78. Lewis will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Saunier and Doris I Saunier (Henry); his stepfather Lester Arney; his brother Clarence Saunier; and his uncle Dale Henry.
He is survived by: his wife Dania; his children, Douglas Saunier (Hope) of Dalton, Travis Saunier (Darcie) of Jackson Twp and Lori Brent (Patrick) of Newbury; his grandchildren, Jennifer Saunier, Samantha Johnson (Lukas), Adam Saunier, Brian Saunier, Sidney McInnerney (Brandon Kenny), Nathan McInnerney and Casey McInnerney; and his great grandchildren, Liana Johnson and Kora Johnson. He is also survived by one great grandson on the way; and many other family and friends.
