He is survived by: his parents, Terry Hostetler and Linda Hostetler (Lint) of Dalton; his wife Brenda; his children, Megan and Ben Hostetler; his brother Terry Hostetler Jr. (Melissa); his sibling's children, Jason, Jessica and Chad; and his siblings-in-law, John and Alice Shetler.
