He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Wenger and Mary Wenger (Good); his brother Nelson; his brother-in-law Ray Shaum; and his granddaughter Angel Faith Zimmerman.
He is survived by: his wife Mary of New Holland, PA; his children, Curvin Wenger (Eileen) of Dalton, Nancy Zimmerman (Dave) of Dalton, Stanley Wenger (Susan) of Dalton and Charlene Amstutz (Wilmer) of Fort Shaw, MT; his siblings, Nancy Kropf (Lyle) of Arizona, Leonard Wenger (Sharon) of Dalton and Faye Shaum of Kidron; and his sister-in-law Phyllis Wenger of Dalton. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the East Union Mennonite Church (10678 Old Lincoln Way, Orrville, OH 44667). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
