He is survived by: his children, Brian Shafer of Springfield and Pamela Laferty of Chillicothe; and his siblings, Roger Meadows, Roy Meadows, Walter Meadows, Sharon, Brenda, Wanda, Laura, Shirley Nichols, Jean Dunlap and Linda Holbert. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren.
