He is survived by: his wife Brenda Michaelis (Breckler); his daughters, Amy Jerger and Susan DeLaney; his stepsons, Corey and Kip Armstrong; his nephews, Kenny, Chuck and Noel; and his friends, Chuck Yuningly, Larry Burge and Terry Martin.
