He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Gardner and Dorothy Gardner (Nommay); and his siblings, Thomas Gardner, Judy Colopy (Jim) and Jean Gardner.
He is survived by: his wife Jessi Gardner (Butler) of Mansfield; his siblings, Mimi Durbin (Bill) and Joe Gardner (Charlotte); his sister-in-law Janet Gardner; and his close friend Jim See. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
