She is survived by: her husband John Shults; her children, Justin Earl Smith, Melissa Smith and Gretchen Blanker (Michael); her brothers, Kenneth McCullogh of Danville and Steven McCullough of Mt. Gilead; her grandchildren, Cierra of Mount Vernon, Porsha of Mount Vernon, Streat of Mount Vernon, Mason McCullough of Mount Vernon, Kaylee and Ryan Ayers of Fredericktown; and her great grandchild Coen Ayers.
