He was predeceased by: his parents, George Jack Bortz and Mary Jean Bortz; his brother Nevin Paul Bortz; and his cousin Kathy Johnson. He is survived by: his son Keith Bortz (Sara); and his cousins, Tom Zabukovec, Mike Johnson and Brittany Johnson.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Madison Memorial (3055 Arcola Rd, Madison, OH 44057).
