She was predeceased by: her father Louis Koos. She is survived by: her children, Ann Poliquin, Barb Wolf and Bill Penney (Missy); her grandchildren, Steve Wolf (Amy) and Cyndy Reynolds (Jamie); her children, Beth Scolastico (Nate), Chris Poliquin (Teresa), Connie Forkkio (David) and Syndi Smith (Zach); her great grandchildren, Jessica Sexton (Brendon), Shelby Wolf, Tyler Jachimski, Erin Jachimski and Theo Smith; her great great grandchild Chloe Sexton; her niece-in-law Kathy Koos; her son-in-law Joe Wolf (Peggy); her children, Mary Koos (Kraska), Louie and Andy Koos; her sister Mary Koos (Roland C. Penney); her son Ronnie Penney; and her son-in-law Dave Poliquin. She is also survived by relatives, caretakers, neighbors, and friends.
