He was predeceased by: his parents, Pasquale D'Angelo and Serafina D'Angelo (Altieri); and his wife Mildred D'Angelo. He is survived by: his children, Toni Walls (William) and Jan Holbrook (Jim); his grandchildren, Jonathan Walls, Anthony Walls, Emily Pruzzo (Patrick) and Jacob Holbrook (Hanna); and his great grandchildren, Amelia Walls, Charlotte Walls, Martin Pruzzo, Owen Pruzzo and Anthony Holbrook (Eleanor Presutti). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
