He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Voelkl Pepper; his children, Nancy Pepper Thacher (Jeff) and Daniel Anthony Pepper (Karen); and his grandchildren, Win, Drew Thacher, Thomas and Danielle Pepper. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
