He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Quinn and Arthur T. Quinn; his wife Carlotta Whittaker; his significant other Connie L. Mullins; and his sister Maureen Stone.
He is survived by: his close friend Sonya; his brother-in-law Bob Stone; his children, Tony Quinn (Heather) of Minnesota, Jason Quinn (Kari) of North Carolina, Ian Quinn (Rose), Taylor Rhodes (Ryan Benson) of Ohio and Zoe Quinn of Ohio; and his grandchildren, Joseph, Ivy and Ardeleana. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Fop (4275 Powell Rd, Dayton, OH 45424).
