She was predeceased by: her parents, Orvis Campbell and Sally Campbell (Kelly); her husband James Burt; her former husband Rodney Pratt; and her sisters, Ozella Pratt (Kermit), Martha Marie Campbell and Mary Ruth Campbell.

She is survived by: her siblings, Paul Campbell (late Georgia), Jackaline Couch (Roger) and Sandy Shirk (late Ron); her children, Kelly Taylor (Larry) and Tony Pratt; and her grandchildren, Aaron Taylor (Stef), Courtney Taylor Deardorff, Cody Taylor, Vincent Pratt, Kari Ross (Corey), Gabriel Pratt and Amy Pratt (Kameron Rios). She is also survived by five great-grandchildren and numerous loving nieces and nephews.
