She was predeceased by: her parents, Agnes Leslie and Claude Leslie; her husband Tom Osteen; and her siblings, Dorothy, Richard, Dora, Doug, Mae and Betty.
She is survived by: her daughter Deb Conley; her granddaughter Lauren Stewart; her siblings, Frank Leslie (Janet), Claude Leslie (Sandy), Carolyn Marlin (Dave), Jim Leslie (Kathy) and John Leslie (Debbie); her siblings-in-law, Bob Osteen (Louise), Bonnie Osteen and Glenda Potter; and her close friend Mark Anstadt. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Routsong Funeral Home (2100 E Stroop Rd, Dayton, OH 45429). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
