With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Bernard Gamble (Dayton, Ohio), born in Newville, Alabama, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 21, 2025 at the age of 79. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mardis Gamble and Rosa Lee Hollinger. He is survived by: his wife Marla Gamble; his daughters, Tara and Catherine Gamble; his grandchildren, Camie Battle and Kyrin Gamble; his brother Mardis Gamble (Annie); and his half-siblings, Charles Gamble and Pat Childs.

His contributions to the community and country will never be forgotten.
