She is survived by: her husband Herbert Gurley; and her children, Leslie Michelle Gurley, Patricia Ann Warren (Gerald) and Herbert Vincent Gurley. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 6 great, great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
