We are sad to announce that, on October 4, 2022, at the age of 63, Betty Jean (Phillips) Lowe (Dayton, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father J. B. Phillips; her husband Tom Lowe; and her sons, Christopher and Shawn. She is survived by: her nephew Anthony Landgraf; her daughter Angela Scott (Richard); her granddaughters, Patricia, Destiny, Lexis, Angel and Hailey; her great grandchild Zaniyah; and her siblings, Sarah Jones of Crystal Lake, Charles Phillips (Sue) of Springfield, OH, Ernest, Tony Landgraf of Dayton, OH and Tommy Phillips (Marilyn) of Florida.
